Written Statement The title of my project is called Lit. The intent of this project is to prove that light is spatial factor. It is not the amount of light that improves a space. Rather, it is the intensity and concentration of light that enhances the spatial qualities of a space. I have experimented with big openings and repeated linear openings. Big openings bring in light that gradually fades away due to the fixed position of the big openings but the light coming in from repeated linear openings changes in intensity and position throughout the day. This play of light makes the space more interesting and enlightens the space for users. In conclusion, light is indeed a spatial factor. Preparing for final Submission
